Note from CEO:
February 5, 2010
I started my business over ten years ago for a few basic reasons: To provide good quality service and products to my future customers at a fair rate; to be able to run a business the way it should be run, with the Customers Satisfaction as our number one priority; and lastly, so I would not have any problems or trouble getting up to go to work in the morning. I feel that if you are doing something you love and enjoy it will not only show in the product or service you put out but it will make you happier. I truly enjoy what I do I’m able to provide a service to my customers in a way that makes me proud of the type of business we run at Barragan Builders. I do not see our customers as a dollar sign. I see our present and future customers like family. I truly believe and feel that they help me provide for my family. In other words my customers help me put food on the table. This is the context I want all of our employees to take into the Job and for the most part we do. We are not perfect and although we do strive for perfection on each and every job, we do understand that perfection will not be reached every single time. This is when Barragan Builders excels as a contractor. We will explore every single possible option to rectify the situation and to make it up to our customer.
Thank you,
Joe Barragan
